Community Rugby Plan 2008 - 2011
Introduction
The Community Rugby Plan is a statement of the commitment of the New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) to promoting, developing and supporting community rugby.
The Community Rugby Plan (CRP) is also a project plan, outlining key strategic areas for action, a range of specific initiatives to be undertaken in each area, and details of the proposed funding structure for community rugby programmes and activities.
The CRP is also a call to arms, providing a single point of reference for the whole rugby community.
